How do I submit a lesson incomplete request?

If you were unable to complete a session for any reason, you can submit an incomplete session request by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your iKnowly account: Once logged in, go to the 'My iknowly' tab in the navigation bar.
  2. Navigate to Sessions tab: Under the 'My iknowly' tab, select Sessions. Here, you will be able to see an overview of your upcoming and past sessions.
  3. Locate the session: Find the session that was not completed. You can identify it easily from the list of scheduled sessions.
  4. Report the issue: Once you've located the session, click on 'Report Issue'. This will open a section where you can submit details regarding the issue you encountered. Be sure to clearly explain the reason for the incomplete session, such as technical difficulties or any personal emergencies.
  5. Provide necessary details: Fill in all the required information on the form provided to ensure a comprehensive explanation.
  6. Submit the request: After completing the details, submit your request. The iKnowly team will receive it and review the situation.
  7. Follow-up actions: The iknowly support team will take appropriate action and communicate any next steps regarding your case.
