How do I cancel my session?
At iknowly, you can cancel your session within the specified time frame before the scheduled consultation, and you will be eligible for a full refund if you follow the cancellation rules as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
To cancel a session:
- Go to the Sessions section on your dashboard.
- Locate the session you wish to cancel.
- Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.
For a full refund, make sure to cancel your session within the time frame stated in our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made outside this time frame may be subject to a partial refund or no refund, depending on the specific terms of the consultant's policy.
We highly recommend reviewing our cancellation policy to ensure that you are within the guidelines to receive a full refund.
