How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit an Issue: Go to the "My iKnowly" tab in your account dashboard.
  2. Action Required Section: Navigate to the "Action Required" section where you can find any pending issues or requests.
  3. Submit a Report: Within this section, submit a report regarding the issue you encountered, such as a missed session, consultant no-show, or any other valid reason under our Refund Policy.
  4. Necessary Action: Once your report is submitted, our team will review the situation and take all the necessary actions to resolve the issue. Refund requests will be processed in accordance with the terms outlined in our policy.

Please ensure to submit your request within 48 hours from the session time to be eligible for a refund. Our team will work promptly to address the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.
