What happens if a consultant cancels my session?
If a consultant cancels your session, you will receive a full refund for the booking. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used during booking. Please note that refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of the cancellation date. You will be promptly notified of the cancellation and given the option to reschedule the session with the same or another consultant, based on your preference.
